Process Serving

Affecting personal service in Nunavut can be very challenging due to the fact our communities are spread out across 1.2M kilometres and accessible only by air. In order to deliver a cost efficient  service we recommend you allow several months for service. We depend on Sheriffs and other resources to serve these documents, unless we are attending the community ourselves.
